How to Choose LED Module

LED Sign Module are mainly used for the backlighting of led signage and light box, There are various type led module and all looks good, but how to select the suitable type for the application, In this article we will explain the different kinds of led module to help you decide on which one will be right for your application.

1. The thickness of led signage and light box: For the thicker one, it’s generally suggest to use the high brightness led module, such as 5630 led module, High Power 2835 LED Module and 1Watt LED Module, ect; For the thinner one, it’s suggest to use the 2835 led module and 5050 led module, It’s will be better to use the lens design.

2. The Power and Lumen Flux: This is also the key factors to be consider, The different power led module will get the different lumen flux, generally the bigger power, the higher lumen.

3. The Budget: for the high level project, you could choose the inject led module with lens, better quality and light effect; for the economic project, you could choose the epoxy led module.
